Refunds / Exchanges

You have 7 days to return merchandise from the day it has been delivered. All items will be refunded, provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Packaged items, undergarments and swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.

You can use our return label which is included in your package. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.For a new return address label, please contact Customer Service.

If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Hers is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by H&M. H&M do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Status

You may view the status of your order by logging into your account created at the time of your purchase, by clicking on My Orders or by clicking Track Order at the footer of the page. Make sure to have the order # and email address available.Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
